Even though we had all the odds stacked against us with a market where houses were selling for $30K over the asking price, she encouraged me each step of the way to keep my head about me and not to settle. When we finally found the perfect fixer-upper, the other realtor who was in charge of the property dropped every ball he could: finding his client a new apartment, scheduling the viewings and notifying the client, keeping his client on task to move out in time, scheduling the pool cleaning, etc. For each item that he missed or neglected to handle, Maggie stepped in and filled his place. She made sure she was always helping the process along to help me get this house even to the point of helping the other realtor's client find a new apartment to live in. When it came time for final inspections, she was there helping along with my family to clean out the backyard and get everything ready. She truly is a gem among realtors and I would work with her again in a heartbeat. She has a wonderful, friendly personality and stays professional even in the face of overwhelming odds.
